Why spray foam?

Spray foam is a powerful insulation material with a high R-value and air barrier properties that give it the unique ability to fill the gaps and holes that could be difficult to seal.

Open vs. Closed Cell

Open-cell is suitable for hard-to-reach places such as existing attics. It is also an excellent option for soundproofing. However, open-cell does not create a vapor barrier.

Closed cell has the highest insulation value (R-value) per inch of any insulation type. It also seals to create a vapor barrier to your new or existing building. Closed-cell is versatile because it can be used in walls and attics built with wood, metal, or concrete. Closed-cell is also an excellent option for crawlspaces and below slab.

Blow-in Insulation

Blow-in cellulose insulation is a cost-effective way to insulate your home or building and lasts as long as foam. Most effective in attics.

  • R-Value: 8-49

  • Applications: Attics

  • Life span: 80-100 years

* Blow-in can be used in walls; however, due to settling, it can cause gaps in insulation coverage within 10 years.

Hybrid: Foam & Cellulose

Our hybrid option gains you the best of both worlds, cost and R-value. Using a mixture of spray foam and blown-in cellulose, we can reduce the costs, and the quality remains high.

  • R-Value:  8-49

  • Applications:  Walls and attics

  • Life span:  80-100 years

Batt Insulation

Batt insulation is the least expensive but not cost-effective for our region. This insulation has a short lifespan and doesn't seal your home. It is a favorite home for rodents and pests. Ask us how to best use this product in your project.

  • R-Value: 6-15

  • Application: Walls and attics

  • Life span:  15-20 years

Why concrete lifting?

Spray is highly versatile in its uses. In addition to offering outstanding insulation, it can also be utilized to level concrete surfaces, effectively removing hazardous trip risks at your property.

Concrete lifting involves drilling holes in the surface of your concrete and injecting foam beneath the slab. As the foam expands, it raises the concrete until it is even with the surrounding area.
